If you are looking for the chicken dishes for lunch or dinner, Nando’s might actually be in everyone’s mind.  Nando’s, a South African casual dining restaurant group, is a famous restaurant where it has many branch around the UK, and with that, it is also located in the West Midlands area.

For this reason, in this article must to mention the famous restaurant and review the course of Nando’s. I have a chance to visit this restaurant in Coventry. While we were walking into Nando’s, a staff pleasantly welcomed us. Moreover, the atmosphere does totally feel free.  Peri-Peri Chicken is the specially signature dish of Nando's. It has been marinated for at least 24 hours in Peri-Peri sauce, and punctiliously flame-grilled before serving to customers’ tables.

Chicken Livers and Portuguese Roll

Additionally, there are five levels of Peri-Peri sauce in the dish’s ingredient which are extra hot, hot, medium, Lemon & Herb or Mango & Lime, and Plain.

In this point, customers are free to order based on their preferences. Everyone might question what Peri-Peri sauce actually is - We actually have the answer! It is a hot African bird's eye chili which is mixed with spices and fresh herbs. In this reason, if my friends and I have argued for finding a restaurant to have dinner, Nando’s would have been the top choice of our mind. Because of great food! great taste! and great prices as well, we are completely in love with this restaurant.

It is a classic Thai noodles with king prawn, egg and topped with ground peanut. In addition, the most popular and widely eaten Thai menu is Tom-Yum-Kung (Prawn). This dish is a traditional Thai hot and sour soup; for this menu, you can select chicken, prawn, or only mushroom, it is up to you!.

Moreover, you can enjoy some traditional Thai drink such as Gar-Fair-Yen (coffee), Cha-Nom-Yen (Tea), Cha-Ma-Now (Tea), etc.

As someone that has eaten here more than five times, I would say that the food is fantastic. Also, the service is usually great! However, the cost of food is quiet expensive.

Pepper chef in Birmingham

By Guan Zhiwen

Today, we will introduce a famous Chinese restaurant in Birmingham -- Pepper Chef, which is located in  Unit 1B, Southside, Hurst Street, Birmingham. The postcode is B5 4TD.

When I first walked into this restaurant, I was attracted by its Chinese-style decoration. The menu includes most of the traditional Chinese food such as Chinese noodle, Chinese-style barbecue and China's traditional cakes.

If you don’t feel like eating the Chinese food, you can taste a variety of seafood here. I think that the price here is reasonable and the best part of this restaurant is that the service was friendly and the foods were served quickly.

As a tourist or people who wants to try the traditional Chinese food, Pepper chef is definitely a good choice for you.

Fufu

By Ikechukwu Adubasim.

Fufu (Pronounced as foo foo) is an African food made from cassava. It is a very common delicacy amongst residents of West Africans. It is eaten with any kind of African soup. Making fufu involves boiling, pounding and vigorous stirring. The good thing about fufu is that it can be prepared in just under 10 minutes. The soup however, takes time to prepare.

Fufu has also been known to hold the stomach from hunger for a very long time. Which explains why many African men with jobs that involves vigorous activities tend to eat it before leaving home for work in the morning.

Another fascinating thing about fufu is that it is eaten with bare hands. That means no spoons or forks are really needed. It is eaten by moulding small balls of the fufu with the finger, and then dipping into the soup accompaning it. There are numerous African restaurants that can give you this priceless experience. If you reside in coventry, i would suggest that you visit these restaurants that are mentioned below.

Miss Korea

By Tirada Suwannaparisut (Kim)

Are you looking for the Korean restaurant in West Midlands? I would like to recommend to you the best Korean restaurant in town which is called "Miss Korea" that is located in Bromsgrove street, Digbeth, Birmingham, B5 6AB. The good news is, it is just 5 minutes walk from Bullring Shopping Centre (City Centre)!

A little bit about this restaurant, Miss Korea is a restaurant which serves traditional Korean food with BBQ. The grills recessed into each one table letting customers to cook their own food. The three famous menu in this restaurant are Bulgogi, Kimchi, and Kimchi Jjigae. Firstly, Bulgogi is a Korean main dish which compose of grilled beef with sauce. Secondly, Kimchi is a traditional Korean side dish that everyone must try! It is made with many seasonal vegetables and the flavour usually sour and spicy. Finally, Kimchi Jjigae or kimchi stew.

What is more! Miss Korea provides a variety of fantastic quality food at a very reasonable price.

However, I do not like the feeling when I walked in this restaurant because it is quite dark and too much smoke in here. Moreover, the waitresses are not quite polite.
